Abstract In order to study the influence of additive manufacturing thickness coal mining machine-guide slide shoe on microstructure and properties wear-resistant layers, four kinds layers with different thicknesses were mainly manufactured in this paper. The cladding wear resistance was further clarified by analyzing metallographic structure, hardness, material. experimental results show that layer has little effect its resistance. Hardness a great higher is, wider width sample is. main mechanism produced is abrasive accompanied oxidation certain degree spalling wear. have key role overall use performance machine.
